Tasha is the Director, Strategic Engagement Services. Her team of Business Analysts and User Experience Designers will engage with publishers to deliver data analysis and UX design, site audits, including analytics and heuristic reviews and functionality recommendations.
With more than 15 years’ experience in scholarly communications, across publishing houses and technology vendors, Tasha has a passion for digital technologies and the possibilities they open up for our industry. Her early career in STM publishing encompassed small start-ups, large societies and commercial publishers, and provided experience in both traditional subscription-based markets as well as open access environments. Tasha brings her focus on operational excellence to her role with HighWire, where she and her team of Business Analysts and User Experience Designers engage with customers' strategic goals to optimize publisher websites.
