Publisher Relations Team
Jennifer Chang comes to HighWire as strategic leader of the global publisher relations team. She will be accountable for mentoring the team, cultivating our customer relationships, as well as fostering cross functional collaboration.
Bert Carelli joined HighWire in 2011, bringing with him many years of online information industry experience. In his current role, Bert helps clients achieve their publishing goals via strategic road mapping and consulting services, and overseeing site launches and enhancements.
Liz Pope is an experienced publishing executive with an extensive background in scholarly publishing, particularly online journals, books, and continuing educational programs. She has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the publication process including business development, operations, sales and marketing, content distribution, and vendor/customer relations.
Ruth Wells came to HighWire with ample experience on both the publisher and vendor side of scholarly publishing. Based in the United Kingdom, Ruth was formerly Head of Engineering and acting Product Manager at Publishing Technology.
Susan Willner brings more than 20 years of progressive partner and product management to HighWire having worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Thomson Reuters and AOL as well as major non-profit organizations such as AARP.
Ellen Foster (Tsilipounidakis) joined HighWire in 2008, having previously worked as an Account Manager/Project Manager at Atypon Systems for over three years. Prior to that she worked on launch projects at NASA Ames in Mountain View, California.
Lydia Barrett brings more than 20 years of broad-based management experience in projects, operations, development, budget and vendor/customer relationships to her role at HighWire, both in higher education at Stanford University as well as working extensively in industry.
Jillian Cole joined HighWire in March 2015. As a Publication Specialist she assists in organizing communication to publishers regarding their questions, issues, enhancements, and management of their online publications.
Ben Elwes joined HighWire in 2013. As a Publication Specialist, he helps coordinate site enhancements and development requirements and is the first point of contact for UK publisher questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
Teresa Huang joined HighWire in February 2015. She works with publishers to manage site development projects and provide daily support. Teresa has over 10 years of experience in the educational and scholarly publishing industries, having worked at companies such as Houghton Mifflin Company, Blackwell Publishing, and Wiley.
