Jennifer Chang comes to HighWire as strategic leader of the North America global publisher relations team. She is accountable for mentoring, cultivating customer relationships, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Jennifer brings a breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of strategic commercial operations, product launch, go-to-market strategies, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently with Elsevier, she was responsible for sales strategy, business development of corporate markets as well as M&A due diligence and post-integration of several assets. Before that, she served a variety of roles in consulting, marketing, and sales at technology companies including Oracle and Ariba.
Jennifer has a BA in Psychology & Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson School of Management.
